Sometimes, you only need to slow down your moves. 

If you feel tired, just stop a little while. Take a deep breath then move forward. 

You don't need to run, you don't have to rush. 

Not everything needs to be there soon. 

Slower _(than everyone)_ doesn't mean you lose. 

They come first, congratulations, but that doesn't mean you are worse. 

You are on time, we all are. 

Enjoy the moment you're standing right now. Take your time.
